My goals after completing the residency program with St. Luke’s is to embrace the journey St. Luke’s will have prepared me in the transition to a novice nurse role. To be able to safely perform learned skills efficiently, to put forth my best in patient care, contribute as a team, build confidence by linking critical thinking with critical actions and to grow with St. Luke’s Hospital. Also, I would like to eventually become a Preceptor/ Mentor.
