It is a good thing that standardized testing is in schools. Standardized testing needs to stay in schools. Standardized testing needs to stay in schools because it teaches accountability, the test is informational, and they are easy to take. Tests are instantaneously graded by computers which allows for them to be compared with other schools in the area which can be informational. The test can show what the students got wrong therefore showing what the student needs to work. With a test showing what a student needs to work on, students can get better grades on the test the next year.
