The Star Wars is a multibillion-dollar franchise that began in 1977 and is still running strong today. With Seven movies and another on the way, with tv shows, toys, comics, and conventions sponsored around events from a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. The Star Wars hype doesn't seem to end and I don't believe anyone wants it to. This world created by George Lucas seems to have endless stories to tell. Or does it?

I have a love for the Star Wars Franchise and a great amount of its work. However, I can’t ignore the blatant use of nostalgia in Star Wars Episode Seven. For those who have seen New hope several times(like myself) and then watched Episode Seven know what I’m talking about. However to those who don’t allow me to explain. Both episodes start off with the orphaned protagonist- being Luke Skywalker and Rey - wanting to desperately leave their planets to help with the fight against the Dark forces. So they team up with a guy with who can help them get a droid with info to the alliance. They find out about a planet shaped weapon of destructive power, they dress up as stormtroopers to get on said weapon and destroy it. They encounter series’ bad guy,an important old guy dies, the weapon is destroyed, people celebrate.The protagonist sets off to find a recluse Jedi master with a newly found lightsaber. Of course, some people recognized this but, enjoyed the movie

Two of their best-selling products of all time were the Darth Maul lightsaber replica and the Darth Vader mask that changes your voice when you speak. As the seventh movie was released the released plenty of toys and figurines to go with the movie such as the Kylo Ren Mask and lightsaber. All old fans of the previous toys rejoice to get these new items for themselves or for their children because they had the other products when they were younger. And wish to relive the joy with the brand new
