Thanks for following up. I understand why your company charges a premium for its information, but the free is completely worthless and a complete waste of time. Moreover, it shows how little interest Statista has cultivating new customers how are not quite ready to make a commitment to your premium membership.

Frankly, I'm angry because your company uses a series of scams to hook would be customers. Let me explain:

My Reach Began On Google
1.) Ran a Google search looking for a sales statistic on a particular product, which in turn led me the Statista's site.

I went back and reviewed the benefits of free membership again, and couldn't understand why none of my searches at this point weren't yielding any viewable information.

Personally, encountering the premium pop-up after each and every search, has created a negative view of Statista brand.

5% Vs 95%
5.) I receive your sales call and during our conversation I ask you what how exactly does my free account work. I'm told that I have access to 5% of your content. Naturally, I ask how to I access that 5%, and as any good salesperson would do, you begin to focus on the benefits of a premium account and try to impress me with numbers. However, I'm still trying to understand how to access the benefits my free account, which is what I signed up, and by the way gave up information about myself which Statista will no doubt share with third parties. I press you to explain 5% vs 95% and realize that 95% of the queries I run will not yield any viewable data, thus wasting my valuable
