I am writing you with heavy heart and heavy hand and would like to extend my deepest sympathies over the loss of your mother, SSG Stephanie W. Plank, who was not only an incredible Non-commission Officer, leader, friend, but also an extraordinary mother. She was a benevolent woman to all who knew her. Her premature passing is not only a great loss for you and your family but also her extended family in the military.
