1. While building the organization’s internal capacity, nonprofit organization should also develop more relationships with the outside world so that they have the ability to reach out to more resources
• Many nonprofit organizations focus more on their internal training and building for most of the time and do not realize the importance of the external relation building . Steppingstone Theatre has already had a great internal structure, and it is time for them to concentrate more at how to get more support from outside the organization.
• Steppingstone Theatre has many staffs, board members, donors and volunteers , and those are all the people who make the organization’s programs keep going on and

Trying to review the organization’s mission, vision and programs when it reaches its maturity and stability in order to see is there any room for them to improve or change
• Through the development of nonprofit organizations, they may face different problems when they are at different stages; thus, for some well-developed nonprofit organizations, they may lose the enthusiasms and passions and it is very important to awaken them and gain back the eagerness of what they are doing . Steppingstone Theatre was founded in 1987 , and in my opinion, they are mature organization based on their experiences at this field; therefore, I think it is important for they to seek for some changes or try to meet the trend of the society.
• From the day Steppingstone Theatre was founded, their main goal was to focus on theatrical education and providing stage performances to the audiences . However, I think this may be the time for them to think about their capacity and what they do in order to make some innovative changes.
