By now, all of us have read the infamous article interview with Rupert saying in jest that he believed Ron and Hermione would get divorced eventually. See here. Do not worry, people. Rupert was just being a bit of a git. His sense of humor and sarcasm being documented.

Rupert’s cheeky comments caused quite an uproar amongst the fans and particularly the Ron x Hermione shippers. As jeering as Rupert intended his comments to be, he failed to realize what Ro-mione meant to an entire generation. The awkward and turbulent courting between Hermione and Ron defined for many their first glimpses of romantic love. A memory ingrained into the minds and hearts of Potter fans across the globe.

Many of the Potter stars are only now beginning to realize their spotlight is dimming as the franchise expands beyond their bodies of work. It is a bittersweet realization some actors will accept more so than others.

Most of the actors from the Potter series have utilized their success to catapult into a variety of notable roles. Actor Alfred Enoch, who played the faithful Dean Thomas has earned much praise for his portrayal in the highly successful “How to Get Away with Murder” TV series. James and Oliver Phelps are rumored to play Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dom in a 2016 dark revamp of Alice in Wonderland called “Jabberwocky Rise”. Domhnall Gleeson, who played Bill Weasley has seen the most success with his role as General Hux in the record-smashing “Star War: The Force Awakens” film.

In an era of diva and demanding actors, we Potter fans were immune to the bad or odd behavior, often seen to taint the legacy of film franchises. Fortunately, with the exception of few minor issues, most of the Potter cast and supporting actors were praised for being well-mannered (a trait solemn seen in most young film stars today), superb representatives and good spirited toward their fans.
