In the world today there are people who make bad choices. Here’s an instance of 16-year-old Steve Harmon, a black male on trial for murder. In this case, Steve Harmon is incriminated of being the hawk for the robbery in a small town drugstore owned by Mr. Nezbit. Even if Steve did not actually shoot Nezbit he hypothetically did pull the trigger.
To begin with, Steve was proven to be the lookout for the robbery by cause of him walking into the drugstore and wandering back out even if no signal was given it was enough for them to know. We know he came into the store because Bobo Evans gave a testimony of Steve quoting that he “was waiting for him(Steve) to come out with the signal(pg. 196).” This is important evidence because it proves he
