Strategies To Defeat The Buggars In Ender's Game

In Enders Game, Andrew Wiggin is sent to battle school and begins to train to defeat the buggars. The International Fleet uses many different tactics and strategies to make ender the best commander as possible. They isolate him, force him to fix his own problems, and they treat him unfairly and differently from the rest of the students. I believe that they are right in doing these things because in the long run it helps Ender defeat the buggars for good.

He is given some disadvantages and some advantages in battle school. Even on earth he isn’t treated fairly. He is taken to battle school and is the youngest one there. After being in battle school for a short period of time he is made commander of a new army when he is only nine and a half, the youngest a commander has ever been. The international fleet knows how much ender can handle and felt that by giving him his own army he will learn discipline and leadership. They decide to challenge him by not giving him the same advantages that other armies have during battles. They try to break him down and push him over the edge which only makes Ender angrier when he isn’t given the same advantages as other armies. Other armies can trade people, Ender can’t. Other armies don’t have more than one battle a day, Ender does. What really made him angry is when two armies were put up against his army. The I.F aggravates him in more ways than one, which only makes him want to do his best and show them that he can handle everything that is thrown at him. These tactics make Ender a better commander and teach him that sometimes you can’t always play by the rules and that not everything is going to be
