Strengths And Weaknesses Of Bolt Tech

Bolt Tech’s biggest strength is the people that make up the company. Our employees were paid very well and they were willing to work hard. They exceeded expectations each quarter. Another strength was our computer make up. We had very strong designs that performed well on the market, provided local help, and as mentioned before we added a $200 rebate on all our Bolt Tech laptop computers. We did a great job at spreading our wealth across the board. We scored well in the Traveler and Workhorse, and had a substantial percentage in the Mercedes market. However, our biggest weakness was our advertising. We did not score well in advertising through the entire campaign. Our company's plan was to fix this by trial and error. The second design was bright and had a lot more detail and this also did not work. In the near future of our company we will include designs that catch the eye and provide the viewer with the information they need. We see an opportunity in the mobile technology spectrum. We want to add cell phones and tablets to our brand. We have excelled in making fast, strong, and light technology and fell like we would have a competitive advantage in the mobile market. Our biggest threat is Teknita, they came up strong at the end and took over almost every market. Bolt Tech. has the advantage in the Workhorse market and we will do everything we can to prevent Teknita from gaining any of our users. Our company has decided to pull away from the Mercedes and focus that extra money on improving our Traveler laptop. Bolt Tech has made a huge upcoming since the second quarter and we plan to use that momentum to carry us
