Strict Dress Code: Empowering Young Girls

According to NCES 52.6 percent of primary schools enforce a strict dress code. Young girls getting taught at a young age that their education is not as an important because their a girl. Why should their education get put on hold because guys can't be respectful? Is this what we should be teaching young girls, telling them they're a distraction and nothing more. There education is not as important as guys. Shouldn't we be empowering young girls instead of downgrading them. It only gets worse, according to NCES 70.5 percent and 63.8 percent in high schools enforce a strict dress code. How is anyone suppose to learn if almost everything is able to be dress coded.
