In 2000, nearly 30,000 people died due to uncontrollable gun violence even though the US has thousands of gun. Stricter gun control laws would not prevent violent criminals. There are no easy solution to preventing gun violence. Stricter gun control would only hurt the innocent people that can not defend themselves. Stricter Gun Control laws would not benefit America because they won't prevent violent crimes, it would leaves innocent citizens defenseless against violent criminals, and these laws would violate the Second and Fourteenth Amendments.
Suppose that a gun control law can eliminate 99.9% of the guns now in circulation and that all of the remaining 200,000 guns are in the hands of hardened criminal. “Shall Issue” concealed carry laws,
