Per Reporter: William has primary custody of the children. The children visit with their mother (Star) every other weekend. Two weeks ago, Katie lost it; she stated that she doesn’t want to go back to Star’s home. Star lives with her mother (Charlotte), step father (Michael) and sister (Sherry). Star, Charlotte and Michael have a history of drug abuse. Katie recalled Star and Charlotte discussing drugs (methadone); they talked about meeting someone to pick it up.
