In Mary Shelley’s articulate novel Frankenstein, the characters After Frankenstein’s monster viciously killed Frankenstein’s fiancee, Elizabeth, he thought, “Nothing is so painful to the human mind as a great and sudden change.” The death of his fiancee was overwhelming to Frankenstein, and it depicted great change in his life. Much like Victor Frankenstein, change too has brought me pain. Following my graduation from the Christa McAuliffe Intermediate School was a constant struggle.
