The article I decided to read was “False Choice Fuels Global Debate over Liberal arts Education”, since it was a more up to date editorial. I agree with the author that finding a job continues to be a wrestle after graduation. Moreover, as critics stated in the article that the U.S is forming a great deal of graduates with the absence of “practical skills, and hold up narrow Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) training” as a guaranteed method to an occupation. I believe graduates will have more difficulty attaining employment since they are under the wrong assumption that they will obtain a job by just having STEM training and no hands-on skills.
