My first observation was on the 22th of October 2015, from 9:00am to 1:00pm. My observation was at Hildebrandt Intermediate. The teacher I observed was Ms. Tammy Crannie, she has a co-teacher a gentleman but he was absent that day (hospital). However, she had a sub co-teacher her name was Ms. Lauren Ducco, she would go around and help the students who need help, but that Thursday she was helping Keandre and Paul. I was with them from 9:00 to 10:00. The Special Population in that class was Pass programs with High Needs and Behavioral programs. There were 15 students in that first period class. However that same day I was with Ms. Patty Perkins from 10:00 to 1:00. But her classes were regular. Both teachers taught 8th grade Science and they taught the same lesson that day. …show more content…
However Keandre is also classified in the Adoptive Behavior category. I learned that if he does not behave himself you just have to mention his grandmother and he will sit still and do his work. On the other hand Paul will blurt out answers whether it’s right or wrong, and if he raised his hands and the teacher doesn’t pick him, he gets mad and throw his things on the floor. If you want to get his attention for a while just mention his father and he will behave himself for a little bit. I learned that he is more of a male figure; he doesn’t really listen to the female.
