Crispin: The Cross of Lead is about a thirteen year boy first known as Asta’s Son but then later given the name Crispin. Crispin lived with his mother in a small village, Stormford he had no father, he was less than a serf and somehow Asta and crispin always felt that they were outcast. After the death of his mother he was so upset and into the woods to be alone. That is where Crispin heard that from the a man and the villages steward accusing Crispin of a crime he did not commit and was later learned he was declared a wolf’s head from the villages priest.
