Terror at Bottle Creek is a outstanding book because there is very interesting problems. It was hard for Cort, a thirteen year old boy who had to solve the problems himself because his father disappeared. When this happened the next day a Category 3 storm hits the eastside of Alabama where they were staying at the time. Cort had to be brave and put all his skills that his father taught him to survive.
The downfall of this book is when the disaster appeared and left him and two neighbor girls, Liza and Francine in the middle of a large and dangerous swamp.
