Americans are being deceived by their government on matters of immigration. The United States’ government framed immigration and left out the truly important factors. The article “The Framing of Immigration” by George Lakoff and Sam Ferguson attacks the comprehensive immigration reform proposed by President George W. Bush. The authors include multiple problems with President Bush’s immigration reform to articulate their contradiction.
