The book describes the collective effort of the grandmothers in Argentina who had lost their beloved ones during the terror reign of the juntas. The grandmothers not only resisted the remaining junta effort to erase the history by claiming the remains of their beloved ones, but also elicit international attention from the United Nations and the forensic technology support from the U.S. The major primary source of this book is the interviews to the grandmothers, children abducted during the junta rules,
