In this book the author Nicholas Carr gives us real insight on what he believes that the internet might be doing to our brains. The book includes the concerns that Carr has regarding the excessive internet usage that has been going on since the start of the 21st century. One of his main concerns that he has is that the internet is interfering with the ability that we have to concentrate. Carr feels that the concentration issue the internet cause is the reason why people have trouble with focusing when trying to read a book. I can completely relate to what Carr is trying to say because I have noticed that I can longer focus on reading a book since the use of the internet has increased.
