I believe the Director of Internal Affairs serves a crucial role in RHA because they handle the necessary internal records, communications, and developments, making sure the improvement of RHA going as smoothly as possible. Ever since my freshman year, RHA had helped and been continuously helping me become a leader. Serving as the Director of Internal Affairs this term has been giving me insights into a larger scope of RHA. By applying for this role for the second time, I can not only serve RHA based on my past experiences and skills but also give back to this beloved organization even more.

Internal Records
As the second largest on campus organization at Georgia Tech, RHA keeps records of almost everything we have done in details. Whenever we try to make decisions, we tend to look backwards for supporting documents. Through analyzing and reviewing, we develop our reasoning behind certain decisions. These historical documents are the invaluable treasures to RHA.

I will also take on the role of a “record keeper,” properly organize the previous and present records so that RHA can locate related pieces whenever needed especially during decision making. In addition, I want to revamp the folder structure to help RHA Executive Board as well as Hall Council Officers to better plan future events and to effectively lookup historical records.
