In Chaim Potok’s short story, “Zebra,” Zebra’s life changes in many ways as a consequence of taking John Wilson’s art class during the summertime. This quote displays one life changing result by attending John Wilson’s summer art class: “... he realized that without thinking he had been using his left hand, and the two curled fingers had straightened slightly to his needs” (Potok 58).
