The Sun Valley Community Church has created a great recognition system. In fact, it a lines with some of the rules of recognition in our book. One rule that it follows is "Give it frequently" being that, you hear" thank you" at least once a week (McCurley, P. 225). The other rule that applies to this church's system is " Give it via a variety of methods" because they show their appreciation in different ways rather it's through word of mouth, email, or a Christmas party (McCurley, P. 225). Even though, The Sun Valley Community Church has an effective appreciation program, there is always room for improvement. I think that the church definetly acknowledges accomplishments ,but they seem like they have a generalized" thank you" policy that doesn't
