Kia Motors has made a lot of appearances in the Super Bowl, and unlike certain advertisement, Kia has always changed up their Super Bowl ads every year with its unique approach to advertise Kia Motors. For the past eight years, Kia’s Super Bowl commercials have been the most creative and memorable ranked among other Super Bowl commercials. For instance, back in 2010 Kia’s Super Bowl commercial was called “Big Game”, it was about toys coming to life and driving to Las Vegas in a Kia Sorento vehicle. The next day, a family get into the car and drive off, where the toys are back to objects laying in the back seats. Just by looking at this Super Bowl commercial, people had a hard time to make the connection between Kia and Vegas, or wouldn’t necessary buy the product, but it definitely captured the audiences’ attention and they highly enjoyed the commercial. The commercial is about a little boy asking his father “where do babies come from?”, while driving around in a Kia 2014 Sorento. The father told his son a made up story about a plant where babies live, but yet the son didn’t believe the story and was trying to tell his father the truth about babies, and the father got uncomfortable so he quickly put a song on in the car. So, the purpose of this commercial is the Kia 2014 Sorento has the answer for everything. Now, not like the first Kia Super Bowl commercial, people responded really well to this commercial because they can add the two connection between Kia (a family car) with the commercial (a son and father relationship).
