What is prostitution? Prostitution is the exchange of sexual activities for money. By legalizing prostitution, we are agreeing to use women, men, and children as merchandise. Not to mention giving people an unsafe backup option and decreases any reason to finish school, go to college or get any employment opportunities. Furthermore, prostitution comes at a high risk of “violation of human rights, leads to dehumanization of women and children.” (S, p. 261)
