On a cold January day in 1997, Susie Mcfallin was walking down the street in her hometown of Hawkeye, Iowa. As she was walking home from school she notice an odd shadow in the snow near the parking lot. She went to go see what it was. When she approached the area, she saw a mysterious object lying there in the snow. Susie went in for a closer look. As she advanced forward towards the mysterious object, she could feel someone watching her from behind. She thought nothing of it and she proceed to look at the mysterious object in the snow. She discovered that it was nothing but a stick in the snow. She continued to walk home. She decided to take a shortcut through the park and up to the forest to get to her house.
