The ethical issues that are affected within this organization is people. This organization strive on helping people succeed and trying to get their life back together. Some of the ethical issues that the Red Cross face is maintaining their moral values. Since the red cross is known for helping others when they are having hard times. The issues that the Red Cross have is sometimes not being able to provide for families. The Red Cross often works with families who are victims of fires and homeless. The American Red Cross is a not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing services to those in need. After carefully researching the Red Cross I came around the Red Cross of New Hampshire strategies is guide by the organization and how the organization will improve within the next 5 years. The Red Cross of New Hampshire has composed an SWOT analysis to come up with strategies plans. The strategies plan that they used are composed of four primary elements which includes strategies foundation, strategies direction, strategies goals and score cards and strategies initiative.
