Sympathy For Penelope In Homer's Odyssey

Within the poem, Millay discussed the suffrage of the character through the sympathy. As such, Penelope has been waiting for Odysseus for almost 20 years. She has gone through the anguish, from “ Weaving all day, and undoing it all through the night.” ( Line 3-4) Losing the time of her sleep, sacrificing for her love one and reserve her kingdom while her King was gone.
