This quote by T.D. Jakes relates to my life because I always think about the past. If I make a mistake in a baseball game, an hour later I still think: “What if I would have done this.” When I think these things about myself, it makes me sad because I know I made a mistake that I didn’t need to or shouldn’t have done. I believe many people can relate to this quote because most people think a lot about the past, what they have done and mistakes they have made. Unfortunately, though, the past is the past, and you can’t do anything about it, except move forward and learn from the mistakes you made.
I watch a television show called “MacGyver.” In that show there is this girl whose dad left her when she was little, but he comes back because he wants to be in her life again. I believe the action of the father relates to this

For example, two summers ago I played in a basketball tournament in South Sioux City, Nebraska. As I was going for a rebound, two bigger kids fell on top of me and my ankle twisted under the weight of the other two players. I hurt my ankle pretty bad and I still remember the pain. I have to live with the memory of that pain and I can’t forget it. Also, because of that injury, it is easier for me to injure that ankle. Since the initial injury, I have injured that same ankle a couple more times. Every time I injury, I think about the first ankle injury. In another game, I injured my knee. Because of that knee injury, sometimes if I twist it too far or come down on it wrong it pops out it hurts a lot. About a week ago, my friend showed me a video of another kid wrestling, he came down wrong on his arm and his elbow dislocated. That kid is a really good wrestler, so he won’t let what happened in his past keep him from wrestling in the
