Teacher should avoid conveying a sense of tiredness, boredom or waste of time. Neither should they assign much homework because they work and have household duties, and they will not feel able to do it. Teachers should make them feel comfortable, encourage them to speak, because through communication they will feel that they are improving, and they start feeling English natural. It is fundamental for adults to be given rewards and feedbacks, rewards such as a positive word, explaining that they are doing better in order to maintain motivation. And to be given feedbacks in order to help them to improve and tell them what they are doing well or bad, so they can make progress it. These feedbacks and rewards enhance Lerner’s motivation.
