When a teacher goes to college and gets a degree in their specific field,all that is expected of them is to teach a class,not to keep a gun. There are already so many reports of teachers using violence against their students. Now imagine what would have happened to those students if those teachers had a gun. Teachers do not need to have a gun because the student is in more danger and it is unnecessary because there are trained security officers at every campus.
When a parent sends their child to school they are putting their trust in the educational system to teach them properly and they expect for their child to be in the safest conditions, this is eroded if teachers have a gun. In a pre-k/kindergarten class the situation is even worse. These
