A teacher is an individual who plays the most vital role in the development of any being. The future of any student depends on the qualities and dedication of a teacher. It is the teacher who creates an interest in students to develop and progress and achieve what ever aims they set for themselves. The most important qualities of a teacher are as follows:

1.A good teacher tries continuously.
Teachers respect students who try hard even if they do not succeed; similarly students should respect teachers who try their best for quality teaching.

2.Good teachers are always ready to take risks.
They set impossible goals for themselves and then struggle hard to achieve them.

3.Good teacher always have positive attitude.
Cynical people usually create a negative attitude in people especially in students since they are in a raw state of growing and developing attitudes.

4.Good teachers are seldom free for extra activities.
As they are either busy preparing lesson plans, grading papers, trying to instruct their students and if nothing else counseling students in areas that have nothing to do with specific courses.

5.A good teacher always tries to give confidence to his or her students and encourages them. Once my teacher said to me that” The specific subject matter I teach is less important than that of what students learn by learning it.”

The Top 10 Qualities of a Good Teacher

As I’ve mentioned before, one of my biggest goals is to become a teacher. In fact, it’s part of my personal mission statement: “My mission is to experience lifethrough…teaching others.” I don’t want to be a run-of-the-mill boring teacher, though. Not like the “substitute teachers” of my school days. But what makes a good teacher?

We all know good teachers when we see them and bad teachers too. I thought back over the teachers I’d loved and why I loved them. There were only a few, but they all had the following qualities in common.

Teacher plays an important role in education of every student. There are many opinions about what arethe qualities of a good teacher. Somebody think that it is knowledge of the subject , but there are thosewho claim that charisma is more important.
In my view, personal qualities of the teacher is importantly than education. To begin with, teacher mustto know how to draw students’ attention, and charismatic teacher can do it. Also, good teacher should beable to tell interesting. You know, it is difficult to assimilate information, if the teacher says withoutenthusiasm, boring monotone voice. No doubt that nowadays teacher is not only a conductor ofknowledge but a person who is responsible for the future of his or her students. That is why teacher mustbe reliable and responsible person. Finally, good teacher is that teacher, who is able to find an individualapproach to each student – it is very important try to find abilities in every child.
In contrast, there are those, who claim that the best teacher is someone who is very knowledgeableabout the subject. They say that person with great education surely can be great teacher. They can’t bejustified!
To sum up, I strongly believe that goal of the teacher - to find a common language with the students andinstill them a love of knowledge good. That is why I think that personal qualities is more important forteacher then his knowledge.

Every student has his or her favorite teacher, but that teacher may not be the bestqualified person on the teaching staff. In other words, although the mastery of the subject or subjects taught, plus an enthusiastic approach, is an essential prerequisite in a teacher, it is far from being the only qualification. There are some who know their subjects but totally fail to put them across tot he students.
Let us first examine the negative side. Unless the teacher has a voice which carries, without shouting, there will always be inattention at the back of the class. There are teachers who cannot
