Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team? Kay- Everyone should participate and turn in all assignments on time. Also, all members should be treated fairly and like a team member. If there are any disagreements we should work together at coming up with the best solution for the team.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.) Kay- All team members will participate equally, ensuring his or her responsibility of the assignment is completed in a timely manner so that the assignment can be reviewed before submission. Team members should communicate with each other to inform of progress throughout the week when an assignment is due. If there is a problem they should reach out to the team before the day the assignment is due. We must all manage our time accordingly. However, we all know there are many unforeseen circumstances that no one is able to help, and in this case, we need to make sure that the team knows what is going on so we can adjust appropriately.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately?
