This training is meant to give the employees an awareness of our company, the goals and the way of contact in our company. It will make a blueprint on what the company expects from the employee and give further highlights on the breach of conduct and the penalties that will be imposed on the employee should they violet the stipulated norms of company. This will give the company an edge to sensitize the employees on how they should conduct themselves and further offer a conflict free business environment that will give a smooth running and a proactive approach to issues on the business (AMACOM Div American Mgmt Assn, 2007). The company aims to use the best and favorable yet interactive criterion to make sure that the employees are well trained without any cohesiveness and creation of rough feeling between the management and the employees. It will take to account that every employee must have to understand the mission statement of this company and carry the vision of the company with fidelity and honesty (Rhonda, 2003).The objectives and the goals of the Limousine company must be well known to the employees and employees must be held accountable for any act in the company. Departmental training will start by drawing the goals of the company to every member of that department. All the departmental heads will hold drivers and representatives to spell the company’s vision and mission to the employee, spelling out their goals and expectations in frame to the company’s projected vision. Min practical and writing, all employees will be expected to attend all training they miss, and not to miss any and should the departmental leadership avail the same to them.(Rhonda,2003).There should also be a smooth link established between departments to ensure a collective smooth attainment of the company’s goals. This will be achieved by interdepartmental training such that every department will know exactly what the other expects of them. This inter-departmental training will offer a conceptual harmony that will see all the departments work with each other so that timely proactive decisions will be made and carried to evade blame games and a ‘who did what’ exchange of words (AMACOM Div American Mgmt Assn, 2007). The company plans to protest the plan and do piloting so that it will not turn to be a disadvantage to the company. This will start with the management whereby each will be trained well and in detail what the company expects of them. The pretest on the managers will show that the company embraces change from the top that will make the employees get motivated towards the training program. If this training gets to success, it will be channeled through the heads to the employees in each department and by so doing to interdepartmental spectrum. The cost of this planning will
