The death penalty should be the punishment for serial killers, they go out creating havoc to families by taking the lives of their children and kin and have no remorse towards others
They know what they are doing wrong but don’t have guilt, Ted Bundy who has committed 30 homicides between 7 states while the actual amount is unknown it estimated to be higher
