Preamble: Us teens should become more independent and responsible, we should not rely on any one to make things happen for us.

Declaration: Our declaration will specifically mention why and the ways that we can become more independent and how the adults around us could help.

List of Grievances: Teen age kids are now going to be responsible for their own actions and not rely on their parents to get them out of problems. Parents and adults have been very patient with teens today,but it's time for teens to take responsibility for their own actions.

We are too reliant on our parents.

There is to much want in this world.

Statements of prior Attempts to Redress Grievances:When it's all said and done many kids will still depend on their parents or guardians. Many Teens will learn from a young age that being self reliant is only going to benefit the kid. Many of us don't see the benefits of being independent but it can help us prepare for the future. …show more content…
There are some teens who don't depend on their parents but there is very few of them. We should all take responsibility for our actions and start to do what's right to not get ourselves into problems. Also some kids need to start acting mature because that also gets them into problems
