On 11/25/2017 at approximately 2:56pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to the area of E.9th Ave and Alton Ave on a dog at large, patrol only. I arrived on scene at approximately 3:15pm. I was able to locate a terrier (white) wearing a red sweater near that intersection. I took pictures of the terrier loose. I exited my vehicle and approached the terrier, I got within 5ft of the terrier when it took off running from me. The terrier ran northbound on Alton Ave. I followed the terrier. I proceeded to chase the terrier between E. 10 Ave, E.11th Ave and Alton Ave. Passerby tried to assist me in capture the terrier but to no avail I requested addition assistance in trying to
