Throughout history acts of terrorism have come in many shapes and forms. Whether it be enacted by revolutionaries, dictators, or terrorist organizations the acts have been used to manipulate vast populations to bend to another parties will. Along with past historical instances of mass terrorism, more commonly named revolutions, terrorism is still used in recent years, due to its effectiveness. The French Revolution, Bolsheviks’, and Nazi Germany all are prime examples of that fast. A more recent occurrence is Al Qaeda’s attacks in Madrid, and later London which are significantly different than the previous mentioned, by the acts being done by outside organizations not within the countries.
