Agent Leadership Council for Two
Consecutive Years
For the past two years, Pamela Rothe has been selected by Keller Williams Realty to join their elite club of top-selling agents. Agents are selected for the Agent Leadership Council based on their performance and only the top 15% producing agents are invited to join.
San Antonio, Texas, February 22, 2015 /PressReleasePing/ - Pamela Rothe, a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) with Keller Williams since 2013, has done a lot of work selling distressed properties. Composed of the top 15% of the associates in the firm, members of the ALC attend meetings at least once a month where Keller Williams Realty has an 'open book' format allowing ALC members to like Rothe to offer valuable input on budget and operations to the firm.
Using their unique insights as top sellers to make major decisions in conjunction with the
Team Leader (Broker) and the Business Operating Partner, members of the ALC act as a
'Board of Directors' to its peers in their Market Center. Market Centers all over the country are able to make decisions on budgetary concerns, policies and guidelines, office and market concerns, as well as strategies. The ALC helps them work towards specific goals rather than
having blanketed decisions made for them at a corporate headquarters.
Of particular note is Pamela Rothe's enduring ability to perform well on top of her duties as a council member. She recently helped a family that inherited 12 distressed properties that carried a lot of debts to go along with them. Rothe designed marketing pieces and reached out to her circles of influence to help get all these properties sold quickly. The family was able move forward without the debt of these properties affecting them severely.
