Texting is one of the most popular ways of communication and specially with the technology we have today most people specially young kids think it is much easier or even more fun to communicate with other people through that. How ever some people think that texting might effects on a person's ability in other manners. Texting has given us to shorten our words, thoughts and feeling. So when it comes to express ourselves, we do not know what to say because we are so used to doing it behind words and not simply speaking them. We do not have a chance to build up those skills to ask for something when needed in person but yet we can ask through text. It's more like "half-asleep" texting, as doctors describe it as a state of rest where a person isn't fully awake. Unlike sleepwalking, which can be dangerous, sleep-texting tends to be a habit that can be easily laughed off.
