One thing that struck me about this NPR series is how I left it with more ideas than conclusions. It seeks to explain what the American Dream is, but in attempting this, it really just exposes you to the plethora of different voices on the subject.
Part of being American is being both different and the same as everyone else here. We all have unique views on all different subjects, and furthermore, our views on what our dreams for this country are unique too. Your American Dreams: Family, Friends And The Freedom To Roam was a perfect example of this. Some people had pictures, quotes, big ideas, simple facts.
