On December 26th, 1996 a six year old beauty pageant queen named JonBenét Ramsey was found brutally murdered in her Boulder, Colorado home. This horrible event has had the world’s attention for nearly twenty years. From the ransom note matching JonBenét’s mother’s handwriting to the cobwebs found in the window the supposed intruder entered through, this case is very mysterious. It begs people to ask the hard-hitting question: who killed JonBenét Ramsey? JonBenét was born on August 6, 1990, in Atlanta, Georgia. Her mother, Patsy, was a socialite and her father, John, was a wealthy businessman. JonBenét was also the sister of Burke Ramsey who at the time of the murder was only nine years old. As JonBenét was growing up, Patsy encouraged and helped her become a beauty pageant queen just like she was in her teen years. She won many awards including Little Miss Colorado, Little Miss Charlevoix, Colorado State All-Star Kids Cover Girl, America's Royale Miss, and National Tiny Miss Beauty. She was very successful for her age.
