For me, commitment means fully engaging yourself in an activity and being dedicated to the activity’s goals. In my senior year of high school, I chose to join Mock Trial. Mock Trial was an activity I was interested in throughout high school, but was too timid to join earlier. I now realize that this introversion was a mistake. Mock Trial was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. My team and I spent around 6 hours a week in practice, getting ready for our trial.
