Problem Recognition
WHY? The main questions or tool, I will use it as my thinking. My thinking just about take what doesn’t change, and change what you can change, and know how to understand and distinguish between them. Why do we have to carry all these books around? We have to think for something else like Amazon's Kindle. Why we need to use smart devices that break if we are to bend them by mistake? Thinking: electronic paper. Why do we have to care about losing all data suddenly in case someone stole our computers?
We should think about these questions a little, but you can figure the tip from that. You start asking why and continue asking and asking until you reach to the base of the subject. It may lead you to nothing, it may lead to another questions, or may be inventive future .Such questioning is the momentum for couple kinds of thinking: lateral and critical thinking as a capitalist, both styles of thinking create an inspiration, and can divide the dull and ineffective businesses from the pleasant and helpful businesses.

Search and determination of alternatives
At first when Amazon Kindle started, there was big hopes, there was merging between Amazon market and Kindle to Apple iTunes store and iPod, and I was expecting to follow and improve more inventing projects. The opposition has hardened. For costumers that’s very good. The competition help to improve goods, It also certifies the markets. Through all of this competition, there’s no suspect that there’s a place for eBooks market now. Global Industry state that the analysts for eBook market will be $9.5 billion.
(Driven by growing popularity of online shopping, lure of discounts offered by retailers, faster delivery, free shipments, and the convenience offered by home shopping, the market for online books is projected to reach US$9.5 billion by 2010.)
(United States is the largest market for online books worldwide. The market is estimated at US$4.8 billion in 2007 as stated by Global Industry Analysts, Inc. Europe is the second largest regional market with a projected value of US$2.76 billion in 2009. The US and Europe together account for close to 95% of the global online books market.)
And definitely when this eBooks provide the same service with other languages it will grow and spread through the world.

Evaluation of Alternatives
