There are many debates regarding the Boston Massacre and if it was an accident or not. I don't think that it was an accident and I think that the colonists started the Boston Massacre because of what they were doing.

The colonists were provoking the British soldiers by throwing snowballs and also insulting the soldier. It was mainly one soldier who was being insulted and then the other soldiers came over to defend and then that is when the fight broke out. The British soldiers got their guns out and started firing. Some people think that the first gun shot was an accident but the other soldiers were led to think that this meant that they needed to also fire their guns but the first gun shot was not meant to happen.
