This quote describes Abigail Williams in The Crucible by Arthur Miller in many ways. The Crucible is a play that takes place in Salem Massachusetts and is about a girl named Abigail Williams who uses the assumption of witchcraft to power a scheme of lies to get John Proctor. Moreover, since Abigail Williams is motivated by her undying love for John Proctor, her decisions to cry witchery on Goody Proctor and to drink blood to kill Goody Proctor. Causes a web of lies to spread all about Salem which causes many to die by the end of the play.
