1. COMPETING- pursuing your own concerns at another’s expense. For example, knowing your parents are very religious and do not agree with you getting a tattoo but you doing it anyways because you want to pursue that.
2. ACCOMMODATING- neglecting your own concerns in order to satisfy the concerns of others.
For example, wanting to get a new puppy but as you listen to your parents talk about it harming your little siblings you satisfy them and not get the puppy.
3. AVOIDING- pursuing neither your own or those of your opponent, not
