The video is the first 15 minutes of a lesson that covers World War I. The first YouTube video starts with the students listening to a hit song from the United States about going to war. The second YouTube video sets the stage for students to begin thinking about the trench warfare of World War 1. The video then displays the four causes of the war and July Crisis. The PowerPoint would not present on the project, but would present on the computer. The class bell rang while trying to fix the presentation, but not wanting to miss class time working on the problem. Furthermore, the projection clicker I got for the lesson failed to sync with the computer, so my mentor teacher switched slides for me.
