When I think of a major character from The Grapes Of Wrath by John Steinbeck, I think of Ma Joad . She's kind, commanding, and unselfish. I picked her because she’s like the center of the family, always taking care of the members and trying to look out for them. I like that she shows emotion, or voices it. First, Ma joad was unselfish for many reasons. She shared food when there was extra, or tried to.
